Wildflower timetable for implementation

· December: undertake site visit with ward councillors to look at potential sites.

· December/January: meet with resident, Friends Groups and interested environmental organisations to discuss proposal.

· January: identify and confirm sites for development and map sites to calculate areas.

· February: communicate plan to general public and interested parties

· February – March: reduce mowing on grass verges to promote wildflowers and plug plant if feasible.

· April: onwards, third party to monitor and evaluate the impact of the project.

· Report back to committee on the bio-diversity results 2023.
